Preston Tolbert, a visionary physician and CEO of Aptitude Medical Modeling (AMM), is revolutionizing healthcare decision-making through cutting-edge 3D modeling predictive software. With an MD and a research fellowship in otolaryngology, he actively contributes to groundbreaking research, including co-developing a deep learning model to detect head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in histology slides, a project that has been accepted for international presentation at a head and neck cancer conference and publication in a major medical journal. As the CEO, Dr. Tolbert's integral role stems from his innovative ideas, instrumental in conceiving the venture and shaping the initial product’s design to deliver an intuitive and streamlined experience. His exceptional leadership skills were evident when he successfully pitched AMM at a national business plan competition, securing crucial startup funding. Combining his medical expertise with a background in computer science, 3D modeling, and animation, Dr. Tolbert drives the development of AMM's state-of-the-art software solutions. Guided by a commitment to ethics, he ensures the secure handling of patient data through robust safeguards. Through dedication, expertise, and a proven track record, Dr. Tolbert spearheads AMM's mission to transform shared decision-making and build trust between patients and providers.

Aaron Fanous, co-founder and Chief Technological Officer of Aptitude Medical Modeling is the architect and current sole engineer behind realities crafted at AMM. Bridging the gap between both Medicine and Technology Aaron will be one of the few people in the world with expertise in both medicine and AI, through his pursuit of both M.D. and MS in artificial intelligence. Aaron has experience in developing state of the art classification systems, such as obtaining the highest accuracy score in the field for melanoma classification. Aaron is a full stack engineer who has experience building distributed messaging systems such as RPC, mobile development such as IOS applications, building HIPAA compliant networks and much more. Aaron will finish his MD training 2024 and will be pursuing dermatology in addition to developing both Modeling and AI solutions to multiple health care problems.

Angela Rizzo serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aptitude Medical Modeling. Her academic background is in computer science and quantitative finance. In 2019, Angela earned her Masters Degree in Finance from Cambridge University in England. Cambridge is ranked 1st in the world for its finance program and 3rd in the world for the number of alumni Nobel Prize winners. At Cambridge, Angela worked with international teams on technology projects and venture capitalism initiatives. Angela has over 7 years of corporate work experience at Fortune 100 institutions. She has worked around the world in locations such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, and America. Angela speaks three languages (English, French, and German) and is keen to build AMM into an international success.

Noah Fanous, co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Aptitude Medical Modeling credits his passion and experience for leading, designing and implementing business operations to his time as an undergraduate at Harvard University. While earning high honors in Human Evolutionary Biology and performing at the top 10% of his class, he worked as the business manager for an internationally touring a cappella, worked on the board of a multi-million dollar company (Harvard-MIT COOP) as a student director, volunteered as a supervisor for one of America's only student run-homeless shelters, and trained America’s future leaders as a leader and Steering Committee member for Harvard’s largest pre-orientation program. As a future doctor, finishing his medical school degree at the top of his class, Noah plans to continue his passion for healthcare and business leadership by fusing his future field, Dermatology, with his passion for technologic innovation at Aptitude Medical Modeling.
